On the lookout for a new creamy dressing for your salads and veggies? Look no further! Try this super easy-to-make 4-ingredient garlic tahini dressing. It’s seriously delish!
The dressing is made with calcium loaded tahini (made from sesame seeds) and delicious garlic confit. Garlic confit is sweet and mellow garlic cloves, soft and spreadable, cooked in olive oil. It’s sort of the best thing ever. However, if you don’t have any garlic confit on hand (you should make it a habit though) you can use roasted garlic instead. You can of course use 1-2 cloves of raw garlic too. The dressing will still be delicious, but the garlic flavor won’t be as subtle, sweet and mellow as when using garlic confit (or roasted garlic).
Try the garlic tahini dressing with
- Green salads
- Cabbage and root vegetable slaws
- Meal salads
- Wraps and sandwiches
- Roasted veggies (SO GOOD drizzled on roasted carrots and cauliflower)
- Cut veggies (as a dip)
- Middle Eastern style dishes with beef, lamb, chicken, white fish or pulses (falafel is a given!)
Want to add a little crunch to your dressing? Stir in a tablespoon or two of toasted sesame seeds!
